1. Returns
- Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain products, such as perishable goods, custom items, or digital downloads, cannot be returned. Please contact us for clarification.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to initiate a return.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:
- Approved Refunds: Will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
- Partial Refunds: May be granted in certain situations, such as items not in original condition or returned beyond the return window.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at support@decleto.com.
4. Shipping Costs
- Returns: You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refunded Shipping Costs: If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company or bank—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

6. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable, unless defective or damaged.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After this period, cancellations may not be possible as processing begins promptly.
